Woodside Skin Clinic takes your privacy seriously. This notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
What we collect. Your name, contact details, date of birth, medical history, treatment records, and photographs (with your separate consent).
Why we collect it. To provide safe, effective treatment and to maintain clinical records as required by professional nursing standards.
How we store it. Securely, in password-protected digital systems and locked physical storage. Only Amy has access to your records.
How long we keep it. 8 years from your last treatment, after which records are securely destroyed.
Who we share it with. Your information is never shared with third parties except with your explicit consent (for example, a referral to your GP), where required by law, or to our professional insurer in the event of a complaint or claim.
Your rights. You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data (where there is no clinical or legal reason to retain it) at any time by emailing amy@woodsideskinclinic.co.uk.
Complaints about data handling. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Woodside Skin Clinic Ltd is registered with the ICO.
I am committed to providing a high standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience at Woodside Skin Clinic, I want to know so I can put it right.

What happens next. I will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 20 working days. If the investigation takes longer, I will keep you informed.
If you remain unsatisfied. If you are not happy with my response, you can escalate your complaint to my professional insurer or to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) at nmc.org.uk.
